Process
We appreciate no two people are the same and neither are our projects. The most important element of a successful process is listening and delivering the service according to our client’s brief.
Here is what you can expect when you get in touch with us:
01. Initial Consultation
We meet you at your home, the project address or a place that best suits you for a free initial design consultation, which can take up to two hours. We’ll take a detailed brief to learn how you intend to use the space. We highly encourage you to show us images of what you like, to help us understand your style, although this is not essential. We will also share ideas, samples and images to help guide our discussion.
We explain the scope of the services we provide and discuss costs.
02. Design Development & Presentation
Once we feel confident on our brief, we create an individual design and quotation for the project. This will include plans and illustrative images of our design including mood board. We will arrange another face-to-face meeting to unveil a concept design to you.
You may fall in love with our design, or we may need to go away and make some changes.
03. Design Approval & Order Confirmation
We work with you to get the design right for you. Upon your written approval of our design, we will start the ordering process and schedule in the works. At this stage we discuss timing for individual works ( plumbing, electrics, flooring, etc). After the deposit is received we inform you about the delivery dates. Throughout the process you can expect regular updates and we are always at the other end of the phone.
04. Installation & finishing touches
The project starts and interior fit out or kitchen installation takes place which includes appliances, worktops, styling. After the project is completed we provide professional cleaning service which allows you to enjoy your new space even quicker.

We don’t have kitchen ranges as everything we design is made to individual requirements to create spaces as unique as our clients.
