The Story Behind
We create interiors and homes where design, natural materials and craftsmanship meet modern technology.
We are a family-run business, and for us, design and craftsmanship are about much more than simply completing another interior. It is a process of creating spaces that reflect the people who live in them, their lifestyle and the unique character of each property. From the initial concept through production to final installation, we make sure every element works together as one considered and cohesive whole.
We design and create bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and complete interiors, provide a wide range of bespoke joinery and carpentry services, and build turnkey timber-frame homes. Being involved throughout the entire process allows us to approach every project as a complete vision — from structure and functionality to materials, furnishings, fittings and the smallest details.

Design is constantly evolving, and so are we. We follow international trends, but we do not simply replicate them. We observe emerging directions in design, technology, materials and craftsmanship, then interpret them in our own way — selecting ideas that have genuine value and the potential to remain relevant for years to come.
We regularly attend leading international interior design and industry exhibitions, where we discover new collections, innovative technologies, materials and emerging directions in contemporary design. These events are an important source of both knowledge and inspiration, helping us continuously develop our work and offer our clients solutions for the years to come.

The People Behind DOM K & I UK
Marek
Project Manager / Founder
As part of our family-run business, I’m involved in bringing our projects to life from the initial plans through to the final installation. With a hands-on approach and years of practical experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting, I combine project management with craftsmanship, making sure every detail is carefully considered and finished to the standard we expect from our own work.
Working as a family makes every project personal. We share ideas, solve challenges together and take real pride in what leaves our workshop and goes into our clients’ homes. For me, it’s about doing things properly, keeping the process running smoothly and making sure the finished space is something we can all be proud of.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me around classic and modern-classic cars. I have a particular appreciation for rare models with personality, history and great engineering. I’m equally passionate about music , which is a big part of my life.
I like to keep things positive, straightforward and down-to-earth, whether I’m working on site, spending time with the family or playing music with the band.

Interior Designer / Creative Director
With many years of experience in interior, kitchen and bathroom design, and an Interior Design course at Solent University in Southampton, I combine creativity with practical knowledge and a strong appreciation for natural materials. Today, I run our family business alongside my husband, bringing our different skills together to create thoughtful, individual spaces shaped around the people who live in them.
My inspiration comes from life, nature, art, architecture and interiors. I’m drawn to authentic materials, organic textures and a more natural way of living. I believe the most beautiful interiors are those with character and individuality — spaces that feel personal and reflect the people who call them home.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two grown-up sons. I love dancing to Latin rhythms, spending time in the mountains, herbs, flowers and all things connected to nature. I also have a particular love for jewellery made with natural stones. For me, creativity goes far beyond interiors — it’s simply part of the way I see the world.
Filip
Carpenter / Timber Frame Specialist
Growing up around our family business, craftsmanship and working with wood have always been a natural part of my life. Today, I work closely with my family while also running my own carpentry and construction business, developing independent projects alongside the work we deliver together.
I specialise in timber-frame construction and roofing, with a strong focus on precision, durability and quality. My work also includes interior carpentry and bespoke joinery, from doors and flooring to fitted furniture and made-to-measure pieces. I enjoy being involved at different stages of a project — from building the structure of a home to creating the details that give an interior its individual character.
I’m naturally creative and genuinely passionate about what I do. For me, working with wood is more than a trade — it’s about understanding the material, finding practical solutions and turning an idea into something real and beautifully made.
Outside of work, music and cars are a big part of my life and another outlet for my creativity. Whether I’m working on my own projects or collaborating with the family, I bring the same approach to everything I do — creativity, craftsmanship and pride in creating something made to last.
